these are how the orginial hall pass looked like. We had paper ones that insufficient and has a lots of limitations.
1. teachers had to pause the lecture to sign the paper every single time 2. paper waste was made a TONS
Thus, we came up with a sustainable plastic hall pass revision in order to benefit both the teachers and students as a whole school community.

we made one for bathroom and one for the office
–> since this was a huge project ( because we had to prepare not only for the main building for high schools, but also for the stem building, library, middle school, etc ) there were a lots of work done on this.
We had to be very meticulous about every detail made and had to fix things again and again until we were satisfied with the results.
